Transmitted below is a link to a preview of the two days of hearings at the International Court of Justice, starting on April 8, in Nicaragua's complaint against Germany for complicity in genocide.

Unsurprisingly, Germany, which since the start of the 20th Century has been the world's leading practitioner and supporter of genocides, was one of the six countries, inevitably including the United States, which voted yesterday at the UN Human Rights Council in favor of Israeli impunity for violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, in favor of the continuation of Israel's genocidal assault against the people of Gaza and in favor of the continued provision to Israel of weaponry to be used by it in that genocidal assault.
